You’ve heard that PUMA Digs Egoli right? If you haven’t heard this phrase thrown about then you probably haven't visited our Braamfontein store. You see, we dig Egoli (Jozi, Joburg, Joz-Town) so much that we decided to put the first PUMA concept store in the middle of one of the city’s trendiest suburbs. Over the past few years Braamfontein has become the playground for students, artists, musicians and the trendiest up ‘n comers. We even put our Social Club there- making noise and playing ping pong till the early hours of Saturday mornings for the last 8 months.

To celebrate the incredible inner-city rejuvenation of Braamfontein, we thought we’d run a competition allowing Braamfontein frequenters to do what they do best – Instagram.

You just need to check out the artistic interpretations of Braamfontein on Instagram (look for the #Braamfontein tag) to know that the people of this amazing area have the same love for Egoli that we do.

So, to enter Instabraam all you need to do is come and visit our Braamfontein concept store (87 De Korte Street) on a Saturday, and once you’re there take a photo of any item of clothing in the store and post it to Instagram via your own account. You’ll need to tag the photo with #Instabraam and @PUMA so we can find it. The race is on- you need to make sure your friends vote by liking your picture on Instagram, and you have until the following Friday to get as many votes as possible. Each Friday, the Instabraam entry with the most likes will win that item of clothing.

Remember, you’ll need to take the photo on a Saturday and all votes need to be in by the following Friday. You need to follow PUMA (@Puma) with the account you’re entering from, in order to be eligible to win. If there is more than one item of clothing in the picture, mention which one you’re entering for in the post.

Full terms and conditions available soon at: go.puma.com/instabraam

Now that you know what you're doing on Saturday, here's what your Friday night entails...

We've got a Proudly South African line-up, hailing from our 3 major cities. The folks from the mountain have given us Tatum, an industry breaking pop-rock band. The Durbanites taking to the stage is Gangs of Ballet, their clean rock sound rivals that of many international artists- they're not to be missed. Jozi's deep and dark underworld let's Matt Suttner out to play, a local legend on the decks.

The Mosaic doors of Braamies open at 5pm every Friday.
